My client is a leading Real Estate firm based in the city currently looking to recruit an experienced Fund Controller to join their team on a interim basis.

Role responsibilities:

• Consolidations and reporting processes for the fund
• Quarterly/yearly Financial Statements - preparing accounts for the fund and reviewing accounts prepared by external administrators
• Oversee Audit/tax compliance processes
• Fee negotiations
• The sole point of contact for internal fund managers
• Responsible for cash management and making recommendations for fund processes
• Managing the Loan and Servicing aspects of the loans, setting up new deals and ongoing preparation of interest payment statements
• Strong understanding of an Investment portfolio

Candidate requirements:

• MUST be an ACA/CAANZ/CA Qualified Accountant
• Must have Fund experience
• Strong technical accounting experience
• Commercial mindset
• Must be Immediately available/1 week notice period
