I am currently working with an industry leading Asset Management firm, who are looking to bring on a Property Accountant into their Finance team due to company growth. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in Property to join an exciting and developing company, and to take the next step in their career.

The Role:

• Manage and develop a team responsible for delivering daily professional administrative services to support the Real Estate and Real Estate Finance operational processes
• Maintain, measure and report the timeliness and quality of processing and reporting by the team to agreed SLA levels
• Manage and control the issuing of all rent and mortgage demands for all UK based property and mortgage assets
• Manage external Managing Agents to ensure accurate and timely upload of records into Horizon ensuring that deadlines are met and attend quarterly meetings with agents
• Manage the Service Charge processes ensuring that budgets are provided, quarterly variances are reported and annual service charge statements are produced

Requirements:

• ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Exhibit detailed knowledge of the property & mortgages sector
• Proficient in relevant software applications, including Horizon, Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
