- Monitor and deal with any relevant issues raised by Compliance Monitoring
To be considered for this position, ideal candidates must have the following experience and skills;
- Experience in a Front office / client-facing role and applying KYC requirements
- Sound knowledge of banking and operational procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Self-starter and solutions oriented - focus on what can be done rather than simply raising issues, demonstrating the ability to be creative and think out of the box to find solutions
- Ability to look at matters in perspective without making a big issue of problems
- The ability to get on well with stakeholders is critical - seeing matters from another person's perspective
- Demonstrate flexibility and breadth of responsibility that working in a smaller organisation requires, based on a "roll your sleeves up" approach
- Hard working but with the ability to work in a smart manner, by constantly reviewing the prioritisation of tasks and not getting frustrated with the dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
