Our client is a City based International Property business seeking a Financial Controller to manage 5 Qualified Accountants. As the role is reporting to a Director and overseeing experienced accountants you must have Property and staff management experience as a qualified ACA (or equivalent) Accountant.

The role covers the financial management and all accounting for the investments of three property funds. You will support the Senior Finance Managers and respective Fund Managers and have excellent communication and business partnering skills to work closely with the London and European teams. The accounts are outsourced so the team reviews work coming from the administrators.

The role will include taking a lead in client relationships and transactional support.

Please only apply for this role if you are a Qualified Accountant with experience in property. You will understand areas such as service charges and real estate accounting. You will also have strong technical skills in GAAP and IFRS and gravitas to liaise at all senior levels is essential.
