Job description

Our client, a Global Retail company are looking to hire a Reward Analyst to drive the delivery of their Reward Strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to step up in your career in Reward and help shape the Reward strategy with support of the People Operations Manager and team. This role offers hybrid working.

Overall, you will provide key support on all annual Reward processes, including annual salary reviews, benefits renewals, and salary survey benchmarking.

Key responsibilities as the Reward Analyst:

  • Benchmark new and changed roles and provide advice and guidance on market pay.

  • Carry out gender pay gap reporting calculations and supporting analysis and set up reporting to monitor progress against their action plan throughout the year.

  • Plan for and support the pay review and minimum wage increase processes with analysis, forecasting and reporting.

  • Research survey data sources for UK and international to ensure they have the most up to date and relevant market data.

  • Set up monthly reporting and review for reward metrics such as pay changes, promotions, benefit engagement.

  • Provide support to the shared services team for benefit and reward queries and any escalated issues.

Skills and experience required as the Reward Analyst:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills with Excel at advanced level to include functions such as vlookups and pivots.

  • Experience and knowledge across both Compensation and Benefits.

  • Strong experience across all Reward processes, such as Annual Salary review, Benchmarking, Benefits renewals etc.

  • Ability to present complex data in a simple user-friendly format for various audiences.

  • Some experience of international reward is desirable.
