Senior Financial Accountant - Infrastructure | £80,000 + Bonus & Benefits | London (Hybrid)

The Role

As Senior Financial Accountant, you will:

• Lead on the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and SOX
• Manage the statutory audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Take ownership of technical accounting matters, providing insight and guidance to senior stakeholders
• Oversee balance sheet controls, reconciliations, and compliance with internal policies
• Support business transformation initiatives and process improvement projects within finance
• Mentor and support junior members of the finance team

About You

We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent), ideally trained in a top-tier practice, with post-qualified experience in industry. You'll bring:

• Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS essential)
• Experience in statutory reporting, consolidations, and financial controls
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong analytical skills
• Infrastructure, construction, or asset-heavy sector experience is advantageous but not essential
