3-6 month role for a Systems Accountant to join a retail company in London.

Responsibilities

• Review and update all finance policies and procedures, producing detailed documentation.
• Develop month end reporting processes.
• Review how we manage refunds and returns, ensuring clear workflows and approval processes are in place, and ledger impacts are correct.
• Improve processes for issuing credits.
• Integrate key systems with Inflor Cloud
• Clean up user roles and permissions.
• Create templates and reports to meet the needs of the business.
• Build or improve financial and non-financial reports and dashboards.
• Automate payment reconciliation processes and bank file generation.
• Provide in house training sessions tailored to specific teams.
• Identify other areas for improvement within Infor Cloud
• Other project-based tasks as may be appropriate.

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Significant systems accounting experience required- Must have Infor Cloud
