ADMIN IN SALES TEAM
CITY OF LONDON
£23K
TEMP TO PERM

My client, A global serviced workspace provider are looking for an administrator to support their fast paced and vibrant sales team based in the City of London.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years' experience in sales or sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • To pursue warm leads
  • Developing relationships with customers overcoming any sales objections
  • Keeping in contact with clients to maximise sales
  • Organise and attend meetings with clients
  • Administrative IT database input
  • Checking in clients to the in-house system
  • Administrative direct debit run reports
  • Chase debt reports
  • Attending networking events and help promote new opportunities
  • Administrative ad hoc duties



The ideal candidate:

  • Articulate
  • Experience ideally in sales
  • Good admin skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to work within timescales
  • Target driven
  • Professional and well presented
