Events Co-ordinator £30,000

We are looking for a highly motivated self starting Events Co-ordinator to join this growing business! As Events Co-ordinator you will report into the Head of Accounts Management, you will provide support to clients, partnerships and co-ordinate company Roadshows.

Responsibilities:

Roadshows

  • Manage Roadshow calendar to ensure all internal and external clients are prepared in advance
  • Act as main point of contact with Partners to implement Roadshows on behalf of sales/partners
  • Coordinating meetings with sales/partners once Roadshow confirmed
  • Manage analyst team travel for Roadshows
  • Ensure appropriate level of attendance for Roadshow is met
  • Draft Roadshow schedules, organise travel and obtain target list of clients

Client Admin

  • Daily live-time interaction data entry
  • Generate readership usage reports
  • Generate interaction usage reports
  • Permissions for research from Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters
  • Updating user permissions

Partnerships

  • Source internal updates for newsletters
  • Manage weekly Partnership meetings
  • Manage Partner process both internally and externally
