Executive Assistant/ Office Coordinator

up to £35,000

Location - London Canary Wharf

Our partner is a start-up in real estate, technology and trade with exclusive creatively-driven projects all over the world! This vibrant and fast-growing company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the CEO's diary as well as managing the daily office operations. This is a very fast-paced and diverse role so the ideal candidate will have experience working in an ever-changing and highly energetic environment where they thrive at multi-tasking and no two days are ever the same!

Hours: 9.00am-6.00pm

Benefits: 23 days holidays, discretionary bonus

Duties are but not limited to:

  • Executive Assistant to the CEO, acting as their gatekeeper and being the first point of contact.
  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Preparation of documents and PowerPoint presentations
  • General office administration duties
  • Basic accounting related tasks and liaising with the accountant suppliers
  • Client liaison
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Project management duties
  • Basic IT support coordination
  • Basic filing and HR management
  • Website and social media support

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Degree preferred but not essential
  • Experienced with previous exposure to insight, strategy, market research is a bonus
  • Extremely intelligent and switched on
  • A strong business acumen ability
  • Client liaison experience
  • Mac proficient
  • Well-spoken with strong attention to detail
  • Experienced in using Microsoft office
