The HR Director is expected to be a proactive partner around strategic staff planning, compensation and motivation, training and development and labour relations.
Required skills:

• Developed and implemented an HR strategy
• HR Director or Head of HR in a financial and/or professional services organisations
• Extensive relevant operational HR experience
