Our Client, an AI Technology company, are looking for a Head of Learning & Development to join their fantastic team based in the City of London. As Head of Learning & Development you will be responsible for completely creating the L&D central function and championing equality, mental health, diversity & inclusion amongst other important issues.

The ideal candidate is passionate, agile and independently creative with previous experience within tech/ financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs
  • Sales Training/incentivisation/onboarding
  • Design and deliver courses, workshops, and other trainings across a variety of mediums
  • Creation and implementation of a certification program
  • Development and implementation of continued development programs, including policies and budget around conference and external training/certification support
  • Ownership and creation of new global onboarding programme and roll out
  • Own and champion Wellbeing Charter; mental health, diversity & inclusion with education session and running of initiatives
  • Performance Management Training experience and content creation

Skills

  • 3+ years' experience in designing curricula and creation of content
  • Experience in implementation of learning and content management systems
  • Comfort with developing content pertaining to a technical environment
  • Stakeholder management and project planning experience
  • Ability to consolidate and manage information utilizing technical SMEs
  • Able to work across a global team
