Job description
An experienced HR Administrator / Coordinator is required to support this small HR team of this Investement Company based in London W2. Working from home with occasional visits to the office you will assist the Talen Manager in providing full admin support, arranging interviews and ensuring records are updated on Excel Spreadsheets
- First point of contact for the HR Team
- Have excellent communications skills to liase with staff at all levels
- organise interviews, diaries and book meeting rooms
- Ebnsuring correct links sent to candidates
- assist with onboarding of candidates
- Send out job specs and liaise with agencies
- Manage all the onboarding including offer and decline letters / right work documents / contracts etc
- Process payroll admin ensuring accuracy and updating changes on system
- Assisting the Head of HR with adhoc duties and projects
The candidate should :-
- Be available immediately
- Previous HR experince is a beenfit but is not essential
- Strong admin and organisational skills are essential
- Be confident with excellent communication skills to liaise with staff at all levels
- Ability to prioritise
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: ongoing
Location: Working from Home and attend the office in London W2 (1 / 2 days per week)
Day Rate: £130 - £140 plus holiday pay
