HR Analytical Advisor | City of London | Circa £60K
The Role

  • A true Generalist HR Advisor, who is looking for a challenging role, implementing policies, procedures and transforming HR into an efficient environment.
  • Day to day responsibilities may very likely be side tracked with general "firefighting" tasks that may arise last minute to support the business.
  • Pulling together and analysing extensive data and Financial reporting that will be presented to the Board
  • The generalist HR Advisor will work in a team of 2, and be responsible for up to 70 - 90 staff.
  • There is an excess of work, including heavy administration, getting the HR procedures inline with the new vision and expectation.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be strong on systems, including Excel, and have an analytical approach to all HR across the board. You must be able to liaise with Senior Stakeholders and work well in a team environment. The ideal candidate MUST come from Private Equity, Investment Banking or Asset Management.
