Financial Services client based in the City are looking for a HR Manager to join a team of 3.

1 direct report, so experience of line management is preferable.

The ideal HR Manager, will be professional and personable, with strong ability to build strong relationships and influence employees at all levels.

Generalist background, ideally within Financial services and CIPD qualification is an advantage.

This role will require a HANDS ON HR Manager, who is involved with the day to day hands on HR repsonsibilities, aswell as driving HR strategy and projects, making a change and personally seeing strategy and projects through.
