Job description
I URGENTLY require a HR (People) Systems Manager to manage the coordination between HR & L&D. Project Management is also key to this role due to implementation role outs and service improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationship with the HR & Learning & Development teams.
Manage the HR & LnD suppliers including any external consultants.
Manage the HRIS team
Take part on the weekly Change Approval Board (CAB).
Project manage any system implementation, upgrades etc
Enhance the platforms on an on-going basis and identify gaps for further improvement.
