Job description

I URGENTLY require a HR (People) Systems Manager to manage the coordination between HR & L&D. Project Management is also key to this role due to implementation role outs and service improvement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with the HR & Learning & Development teams.

  • Manage the HR & LnD suppliers including any external consultants.

  • Manage the HRIS team

  • Take part on the weekly Change Approval Board (CAB).

  • Project manage any system implementation, upgrades etc

  • Enhance the platforms on an on-going basis and identify gaps for further improvement.
