My favourite Client, a Global Property & Infrastructure firm are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team on a 6 - 12 Month FTC.

The team are diligent, hands-on and offer a wealth of benefits with a great career path.

The ideal candidate will be on a short notice period or immediately available, with experience working within the residential area / property or construction.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the projects, focusing on maximum lead generation and sales targets.
• Implement signage strategies, including directional signage, hoarding and site signage.
• Coordinate the design of new Marketing Suites and Show Homes.
• Undertake market research
• Maintain current knowledge and awareness of marketing and communications developments and trends.

The desirable candidate will have a professional marketing degree or a CIM; and have experience in business to consumer and business to business (B2C and B2B) marketing.
