Presentation Specialist

A West end Hedge Fund firm offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Presentation Specialist to take responsibility for supporting and co-hosting pitches to Financial Services clients.

You will play a key role in helping to shape pitches

• Create requirements for meetings and ensure all relevant parties are included in meeting planning
• Confirm all materials are prepared for presentation to client
• Be the gatekeeper for collateral quality for presentations
• Ensure all logistics are managed effectively ahead of the client meeting
• Develop briefing materials for client teams
• Assist in supporting any technology related issues within the space
• Manage reporting of outcomes and successes
• The Candidate Degree educated
• Ability to manage end to end life cycle of client pitches. From initial research, logistic, through to after event follow-up
• Leading presentations and/or pitches
• Training on bespoke applications and use of interactive audio/visual
• Sufficiently proficient in use of technology to provide first hand support * Strong Expertise in use of PowerPoint and document production.
