Job description



An excellent opportunity for an experienced Front of House Receptionist to work for this friendly Investment Company based in the City. This will be a Temp - Perm opportunity (minimal notice only), as they require someone to start ASAP,and have good Corporate Receptionist experience
Main duties

  • welcoming visitors and clients and ensuring the Front of House is maintained to a high level
  • Assist the Office Manager and provide admin support
  • Schedule and organise meetings. Also set up meeting rooms and booking lunches if required
  • Order office supplies
  • Log and maintain invoices
  • Maintain holiday and sickness records



Person Specifications

  • Minimum of two years administrative / reception / secretarial experience
  • Excellent telephone, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility and ability to build relationships


Hourly Rate: £12.00 - £15.00
Salary £25000 - £30000
Start Date: ASAP
