Job description
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Front of House Receptionist to work for this friendly Investment Company based in the City. This will be a Temp - Perm opportunity (minimal notice only), as they require someone to start ASAP,and have good Corporate Receptionist experience
Main duties
- welcoming visitors and clients and ensuring the Front of House is maintained to a high level
- Assist the Office Manager and provide admin support
- Schedule and organise meetings. Also set up meeting rooms and booking lunches if required
- Order office supplies
- Log and maintain invoices
- Maintain holiday and sickness records
Person Specifications
- Minimum of two years administrative / reception / secretarial experience
- Excellent telephone, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and ability to build relationships
Hourly Rate: £12.00 - £15.00
Salary £25000 - £30000
Start Date: ASAP
