Job description



An experienced Receptionist/ Admin Assist is required to work Front of House for this busy consultancy based in the City. Working as part of a team you will :-

  • Support the Sales team in maintaining systems / updating candidates details and issuing contracts.
  • Work on rota basis to cover Front Desk Reception: meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner, organise and coordinate the meeting rooms, letting consultants know of the clients arrival. making guests teas and coffee and ensuring areas are neat and tidy
  • General admin support filing, scanning and updating the database


Skills Required
Previous reception / customer service experience is required
Excellent communication skills
Good admin skills
Good computer skills
A proactive approach and ability to work with high volumes
To commence next week
Hourly Pay Rate £11.00
