To provide receptionist duties and assist with facilities duties in the day-today running of the office.
- Meet and greet visitors to in a professional, courteous and efficient manner at all times.
- Manage the visitor process day to day.
- Keep the reception area tidy and Presentable at all times.
- Ensure all marketing materials are up to date and well stocked.
- Assist the Facilities Manager with meeting room requirements and other office demands
- Order catering in for meetings.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Reception and facilities experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A "can do" attitude
- Excellent listening and message taking skills
