Job description


To provide receptionist duties and assist with facilities duties in the day-today running of the office.

Duties:

  • Meet and greet visitors to in a professional, courteous and efficient manner at all times.
  • Manage the visitor process day to day.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and Presentable at all times.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are up to date and well stocked.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager with meeting room requirements and other office demands
  • Order catering in for meetings.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Reception and facilities experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A "can do" attitude
  • Excellent listening and message taking skills
