As part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with senior leaders to identify and attract the best talent for the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management, people business partners and department heads on strategic recruiting initiatives that support the needs of the business
• Partner with Head of Recruitment in ensuring and maintaining the integrity and quality of the recruitment efforts including candidate selection and interview process
• Participate in the creation and upholding of best practice recruiting policies, practices and systems which help attract high quality employees
• Support and train Recruiters, and Interns
• Work with outside vendors (software and agency relationships) as appropriate
• Develop recruiting strategies, understand talent movement and demand in the market
• Source candidates via applicant tracking system, job boards, search engines, social networks
• Fulfil open requisitions with timely and cost-effective methods in securing high quality talent

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing trends and interest in customer experience, technology, and innovation
• Strong organisational skills, decision making and problem-solving skills
• Experience building or scaling recruiting processes and infrastructure
• A positive, high-transparency, and team-oriented approach to your work
